Oh man do I want to see the Matrix!!!!!! I just saw the trailor (I know, a little behind). I saw the anamatrix before the movie, Dreamcatcher and it was bitchin! I am so excited, and have been thinking I should probably get the tickets in advance just to be safe. That movie (well the first one) makes me feel so badass. Like it gets me thinkin, I could do that, why not. For Christ sakes if Keano Reeves can do so can I! Whenever I see him I just think of Bill and Teds Excellant Adventure and it's hard for me to take him serioulsy. Everyone is raving about X men 2, but I have yet to see it. I probably won't even see it until it comes out on t.v. Hahaha. I just wasn't a big fan of the first one. On other news I cleaned yesterday, and did a bunch of laundry. This morning I was up kinda early (not because I was playing PSO *wink wink*) and watched Young Einstein. Great movie that is. I think you should really be able to patient a formula. That would be so great. Ok, well lata everybody. | | Thursday, May 8th, 2003 | | 1:11 pm |

You are "Cuts You Up" Wise to the way the world works, you are definately not naive...Perhaps you have been burned in the past, but a recent person or event gives you hope. Which Peter Murphy song are you? brought to you by Quizilla | | Wednesday, April 30th, 2003 | | 11:27 am |
Well not a whole lot has gone on in CO. I think I'm going home for X-mas, which is cool. Chris's mom is allegedly coming out in August and he's going home in June. My flowers that I planted at least 3 weeks ago have shown them selves and we have big bugs in our garden. Not to mention the spiders in my bathroom. It takes me at least an hour to take a shower 'cause I'm looking for spiders. I inspect my towels and clothing. My mom is quitting her job that she's been at since I was born. She's looking at another Cooking job. Her boss is going downhill, along with the resturant. He thought he had gought (not the right spelling) on his feet, but it turns out (he doesn't wear socks) that his feet were raw from the shoes and the dye from the leather seeped into the cut and infected him. Wooooo really reallllly long run on sentence. So yeah, kinda gross. So the oddest things bother me, and I'm not quite sure why. For example.... This lady comes in every day with this man to check their mail boxes. He (whatever his name is)makes me check his mail box for him, always has loads of mail, and one can assume that he's got a nice little business going. Well, who knows why they come in together (lovers?) and she always "forgets" her key at home. I check it every day and she never has anything. "Bla Blah Blah I'm expecting a check", yeah alright. It's only been what, 3 months now? Should'nt you do something about that woman? Yeah, so I think she just try's to be cool like that guy who is obviously way more popular than her.Hahahaha. Lindsey M.D. , yeah that's right.
Darkness Falls is not a good movie. So I think I'm going to college soon. Hurrah! I've always wanted to go, I'll be 20 in October, and it's about time I started. I'm way to excited for my own good. Pre-Med, here I come! | | Thursday, April 24th, 2003 | | 12:54 pm |
I jynxed the Avs.......... Well the laundry's caught up, house is clean, bills are paid....but somehow I'm not feeling all caught up and relaxed. Sometimes a pensieve would be a good thing, poor every thought that's important and rolling around into it. I tend to forget important things. My way of making them go away. Going to a show on my mums B-day (good thing she's back in ME). Here's a list of some of the bands: Social Distortion, Bad Religion, Pennywise, Unwritten Law, Goldfinger, Bowling For Soup, The Casualties, Save Ferris, King Rat, Reno Divorce, Rosehill Drive. Could have cooler bands, but whatever. Getting out of the house and rockin' out sounds like fun. Back to work, gotta love ARS's. | | Monday, April 21st, 2003 | | 10:34 am |
HAHahaha
I thought it was bound to happen! Someone did fart, really loudly in the game. He blamed it on the muscle relaxants, but didn't stick around much longer after that. Oh dear, how embarrasing! Enough about farts. I saw the trailor for Dumb and Dumberer, and I tottaly want to see it. It's when Harry met Lyod, should be a good laugh. The Avs lost in the 5th game, so the game coming up is very important. My friend has a ticket to the 7th game so I almost hope they lose tomorrow (oh man am I gonna get it for saying that). She hasn't gotten to see a play off game yet, so ya.....that's why. I got the guys easter baskets yesterday, and everyone won the scratch tickets but Shotgun. Poor guy. | | Thursday, April 17th, 2003 | | 1:12 pm |
Uhh---Lindsey?
So, last night I played PSO2 for the first time. The game is good, but you have to actually talk to the other players. It's....odd. I mean, in the dreamcast version you could just type, and it made it less personal, but now if you want to change teams you have to give some sort of excuse. If you cough, or sneeze they hear it. If you eat (loudly) or drink anything, they can hear it. Oh man, what if someone farted really loudly? Hahaha that would be hilarious. Current Mood: blah | | Wednesday, April 16th, 2003 | | 4:03 pm |
Ok
Ok, so tonight is the night that I get to go back to the mall and pick up my game. I am so excited Current Mood: ecstatic | | Tuesday, April 15th, 2003 | | 10:11 pm |
Why not 4-14-03??????
So, I went to Best Buy tonight (thanks to Shotgun) with the intention of buying PSO for the X Box (and we have X Box Live now thanks to Kevin). Though, when I asked the sales man politely if they had it in, I found out today was the shipping date, and not the damn release date. So, then I went to another gaming store, 'cause I've heard they usually get games in on shipping dates, yet no cigar. Than, off to Sam Goody for one last shot, and it was the final blow. The butt head at EBX looked like he was 10, and I could have totally kicked his ass. You know, I should have! Lookin' all smug, standing a whole 4ft. behind the counter. I'm surprised he could see over the damn top. So, I put down a deposit on the game (not that it has any chance of selling out tomorrow) to assure myself that it's mine. It's all mine tomorrow! I'm hopelessly addicted to that game, and all day tomorrow will be spent counting down the hour's until I can go get it. I said I was so close to having it tonight that I could taste it, I was asked what PSO tasted like, and I had no answer but I think I got one now..... It tastes like pizza, after eating nothing all day. Like pizza that was delivered to you. Like pizza that you could just sit down and devour the whole thing in one sitting. Yup, er something like that. Tomorrow is gonna rock out. Current Mood: excited | | Monday, April 14th, 2003 | | 8:11 am |
Mmmm Cofee
SO yesterday I went to the Home Depot, and bought $50 worth of flowers and veggies. Uhh---I can't really say why I did for sure. I mean I really want our backyard to look pretty, and I know it's got potential. I also got 2 tikie sticks which are awesome (is burning fiber glass emiting nasty crap into the air?). I only planted like 12 bulbs altogether. Yeah enough about gardening Lindsey! PSO 2&1 comes out tomorrow for X Box live......so Happy! So...excited! Now, if I had it my way, I would buy a broadband adapter for the Dreamcast. Those, however are hard to find and costly since they made like 1 of them apparently. Easter is coming up this week, and I finally persuaded mom to send me an easter basket. There's no age limit to getting that stuff. I never got much candy, but always got stuff like c.d.'s and shoes. I'm not really a candy fan anyway. Easter is awesome. Christmas is better. I've been playing Zelda recently, and I have to admit I get so damn frustrated during this game (chris and shotgun and evil Mike can attest for that). It's not like I don't enjoy the game, but there are some tasks which suck. For example; throwing a bomb into this rotating .....rock thing. That only took me like a god damn hour to do (only to realize I had already done it, and was so determined to do it that I just ....kept doing it....). Yup. Oh yeah, and he's a constant nose picker. Compulsive fisher. 'Nuff said. | | 10:48 am |
Well Well
So, I'm having some issues with my boss. He's been screwing up recently, and I'm taking his shit for him. Now, just because he's on salary does that give him the right to leave early every day?!?!? I'm tired of being told I'm incompetent, and tired of being hit on my a god damn loser who never graduated high school. If it weren't for my co-worker, Caroline taking the same shit with me I'd (if it was remotely possible) shoot myself in the head every day. Fav. Thing Ever- Big foam hand
Well I put a deposit on my Harry Potter movie (the chamber of secrets). I get it tomorrow, and I couldn't be happier about that.....unless of course I got it today, and didn't have to pay for it. I'm not spoiled in anyway, I've always had to work for my own money, but my dad is sending me a fat check to help me out with starting an new insurance policy........well I'm afraid I'll just go spend it on stupid stuff. Like, a belt. I need a belt. Or, Star Bucks EVERY day. Yeah. I'm a queer. I'm so excited about tonight. There something in my tummy doing flips and bouncing all around. OS Box 24, 16 24! Oh dear
Well, I bleached my hair because black made me look like I was on my death bed. My natural color is red, and wouldn't ya know, the bleach turned it red. Don't ask, I'm not really sure why that happened. All I know is that my red is terribly hard to get rid of. Even when it was black, the stupid color wouldn't go away. My boss and I had a water chat today, and I just realized, if I wanted to go swimming, I would have to go in a pool, or a man made body of water. It's not at all like Maine, where there is water at least in a few miles radius. So, like most people I have this spring fever thing happening, and I suddenly realized I need to loose some lbs! I'm thinking just straight aerobics, and Tae-boe would be fun too. Though, I don't think working out will have any effect if I stick to my diet plan. Pizza, pizza, and more pizza. Pizza is awesome. I finished my Harry Potter Book, the third one, and am excited to read the fourth. I've already read 'em all, and watched the movies at least a bazillian times. I love being a nerd, it's horribly exciting. Current Mood: nerdyCurrent Music: Billy Idol! | | Monday, March 31st, 2003 | | 5:36 pm |
Ok, feeling much better now. All it took was one phone call from my boyfriend, Chris and I'm back to happy, spunky, self. What a good feeling. Yay! And the rest of my day flew by, it's almost time to leave. Current Mood: excited | | 3:35 pm |
Bahhhhhhh
I knew I shouldn't have gone home for lunch today. It's making the rest of my day....longer? Crappier? My respect and trust has been broken too many times, and this is it. I'm done. Current Mood: sad | | Wednesday, March 26th, 2003 | | 7:26 pm |
